For online orders that have been picked up in store, Spirit Quest Books will issue in store credit or a refund for items returned within 7 business days of the purchase date provided all original labels and tags are attached and the items are in their original condition. All refunds will be issued at the value of the returned item less a 10% restocking fee.
Please pick up your order within 14 days. After 14 days, unclaimed orders will not be available for exchange or refund.

Please note that naturally formed crystals and minerals will vary in size and shape and each specimen is unique. Please allow for some variance from from the picture. Mineral inclusions (variation in colour) and cracks are natural to the form of many crystals and add to the unique beauty of every piece.
